June 27th, 2007 Flowers are out. Hayazaki (Early Flowering) Lavender is out, and the snow is all melted. Today is a nice 27 degrees, with the cloud cover of the past few days lifted and the sun heating up again. Here at North, we're currently full most nights, and expect 100% occupation for the next 2 months. If you are interested in staying with us, then please email Lee ASAP to get your booking in. |

The fields in between us and the Furano ski zone and a dense rich forest. I thought about hiking the Kitanomine Peak, but colleagues have warned me about bears, and I think i'll pass. |

Crops planted early May; what will it be? Our nextdoor neighbour planted wheat! Here you can see it's getting very tall. |
Hot air balloon rides are very popular, most mornings through summer. |
