North Country Inn Furano is managed by Atsushi Narukawa, aka Gonzo.
The restaurant and beverage services are the domain of one Mr. Shotaro Seki. From an early age Seki has been very interested in food and cooking as his parents ran a Ramen shop from his home in north-eastern Hokkaido . Seki has studied French cooking and with his sound background in Japanese cuisine his kitchen always smells fantastic. Look out for Seki on his days off, because he will be tearing up the slopes on his snowboard. He is duly assisted by Mr. Okada in the kitchen. Our shuttle driver and rental car manager is Mr. Funahashi and one smiling Miss Endo is our front of house, guest services expert.
Come and say hello to Gonzo, Seki, Okada, Endo and all the staff at North Country Inn; where we do everything we can to make your Japanese ski holiday a memorable cultural and snow holiday experience.
Skiers and snowboarders from all over the world including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Korea, United Kingdom, Canada and the USA have, in more recent times, enjoyed the full services and hospitality provided by North Country Inn.
