John spent one week in Furano in early March. He is the editor of Board The World website in Australia. He wrote a daily report on his travels as well as a detailed review of the places he visited. Please see the Board The World website for his comprehensive account of not only our day hiking in the Daisetsuzan National Park, but also all his Furano adventures and John's account of Central Hokkaido.

During the 2005/2006 season north country experienced its first real introduction to Aussie guests. It was a great delight for the staff and fellow Japanese guests to interact and share time and make new friendships. Check out what our guests enjoyed the past season at our Guests Reports page.
